What to Bring

  • a yoga mat: our twice daily yoga sessions will be outdoors on the porch (hardwood)
  • yoga clothes: you will sweat! it won't be too hot, but it's by the ocean so there is definitely humidity.
  • a good book or two: nothing like swinging in a hammock with a good book, this is my favorite thing to do when it's raining, so nice!
  • swimsuit, sunscreen, sun hat
  • bug repellent is helpful in the early evenings if you're outside
  • casual summer/beach attire
  • a laptop....if you're so inclined, even though the retreat is "off the grid" they do have satellite wireless
  • a journal....if you're so inclined
